I have been an artist for many decades. And I still have that curiosity and early days enthousiasm. When some idea hits me. It is a bit like a yes moment. Then​,​ I need to find the medium that works best and sometimes it is about writing a few thoughts or a poem that can then translate into ideas for a piece of line work. But easel work is my favourite. It is such intimate moments between the artist and its work combined with the thought process. Look at the masters​,​ watch all the videos but then you have to make a large space for those intense moment. And sometimes life comes to disturb you. And that is great too.
