"HOPE" is an oil painting with a dominant blue, and a texture in relief after a superposition of several layers of oil paint and material on linen canvas of dimension H 80 x W 80 cm. Through my painting called "HOPE" I translated my state of mind and my feelings during the confinement of March 2020 because of the Covid pandemic. But in general it is the state of our feelings and our expectations, which go up and down according to the trials we go through throughout our lives. Alternation between hope and despair. "HOPE" a painting that leaves us hesitating in its classification between the abstract and the figurative, inspired by the mineral world. The blue color that dominates the canvas and one of my favorite colors, symbolizes loyalty, strength, wisdom, with vibrant graphic movements. The viewer of this work is invited to participate in finding the message written between the keys of the painting "L'ESPOIR FAIT VIVRE".
