Hello, I'm Alberto C.

Mi nombre es Alberto Cardoso, nacido el 28 de diciembre de 1990, graduado de La Academia Nacional de Bellas Artes San Alejandro Cuba curso 2005 – 2009, participante en diferentes salones de arte, ferias y exposiciones colectivas. Mi obra conceptualmente es la visión de la libertad mirada desde diferentes ángulos y poniendo a esta en diferentes perspectivas, uso a las aves como protagonistas para que estas sean las que lleven el hilo conductor de cada historia en mi trabajo. Las aves son animales que se mueven con total libertad cuando quieren, sin limites ni fronteras. Dentro de los aspectos formales podemos encontrar fondos abstractos, colores casi neutros y un predominio de la mancha libre, el driping y la improvisacion ( el cuadro es libre y casi se pinta solo ), la mancha libre da dinamismo y movimiento. En su mayoria estos fondos estan diseñados como cielos turbulentos, agitados, expresivos, dando soporte a los segundos y primeros planos, siendo estos protagonistas de la obra. Ya en los primeros planos, siempre nos vamos a encotrar con los protagonistas de mi obra ( LAS AVES ). En vuelo, posadas en alambres, cuerdas o ramas, siempre tratando formalmente de cuidar la forma y trabajarlas con realismo, tratando de darles vida sobre la tela, como sobrevivientes anonimos de tal destruccion. My name is Alberto Cardoso, born on December 28, 1990, graduated from The National Academy of Fine Arts San Alejandro Cuba course 2006 – 2009, participant in different art halls, fairs and collective exhibitions. My work conceptually is the vision of freedom looked from different angles and putting this in different perspectives, I use the birds as protagonists so that these are the ones that carry the common thread of each story in my work. Birds are animals that move freely when they want, without limits or borders. Within the formal aspects we can find abstract backgrounds, almost neutral colors and a predominance of free stain, driping and improvisation (the painting is free and almost painted alone), the free stain gives dynamism and movement. For the mostest of them these backgrounds are designed as turbulent, agitated, expressive skies, supporting the second and close-ups, being these protagonists of the work.Already in the close-ups, we will always meet with the protagonists of my work (THE BIRDS ). In flight, inns on wires, ropes or branches, always trying to formally take care of the shape and work them with realism, trying to bring them to life on the fabric, as anonyms of such destruction.
