“Who Am I? – dreamer​,​ traveler​,​ philosopher​,​ tired romantic​,​ adventurer” I was depressed and lost when I left Russia​,​ after ending a marriage​,​ in a foreign country​,​ and in a new relationship. Imagine starting a life with just a small suitcase​,​ a backpack and a laptop. Not just travelling​,​ but my whole life… what I can carry… Painting allowed me to find balance and harmony. It allows me to find answers in every stroke. Everything around is an energy; the colors allow you to touch and feel. The paintings are intuitive. It is not an exact replica depicting what you see​,​ but the feeling of these images and memories that has transformed and found a way​/​answer to be expressed. Doesn’t matter what I see or feel in my art​,​ you will see something different​,​ something of your own
