I am painting on streched canvas and I send my paintings streched in boxes. The paintings are painted on the sides as a continuation of the motive, no frames. They are varnished with two coats of varnish. The paintings are, of course, signed in front or back.! I use good quality paint and often I use many layers before the work is finished. It is important for the depth realism.
